Report incorrect information

Found a court count, lights, nets, fee, hours or address that is wrong, or a court that has closed? Tell us here. Every correction is checked against a published source before the listing changes, and it reaches a real inbox, not a queue nobody reads.

What a report needs

  1. Which listing. The venue page on this site, or its name and city.
  2. What is wrong, and what it should say. A court count, lights, nets, fees, hours, the address, or a court that has closed.
  3. Where the right answer is published. The parks department, club or operator page that states it, if there is one.
  4. When you last saw it that way. A date. A fact on this site carries the date it was checked, and so does a correction.

Set for this form, so your report is filed with the other corrections.

Questions people ask

What can I report?

Anything on a venue page that is wrong or out of date: the number of courts, whether they are indoor or outdoor, lights, whether nets are provided, fees, hours, the address, or a court that has closed or moved. If a court is missing from the directory altogether, use the add-your-court page instead.

What happens after I send a report?

It reaches a real inbox. We check what you have told us against a published source, usually the operator's own page, and change the listing when the correction can be confirmed. Every fact on the site carries its source and the date it was checked, so a correction is published the same way. We reply if a reply is needed.

Do I need to run the venue to send a correction?

No. Anyone who has played at a court can report what they found. Running or representing a venue is a separate thing, a claim, which identifies you and lets you keep the listing current; the add-your-court page explains how that works.
