About this place

Two courts on asphalt at a 90-acre park on the shore of Lake Monona, adjacent to the Olbrich Botanical Gardens. The City's own description calls it a place for "a day of leisure, a picnic with your family, or just a great place to revitalize". It is one of the more attractive settings for a pickleball court in this directory and one of the smaller counts on a park of that size: two courts on 90 acres, striped onto tennis courts.

Getting there

3527 Atwood Ave., Madison, WI 53714, on the east side along the lake shore, matched by the Census geocoder to Madison city, Dane County. The botanical gardens next door draw their own visitors, so the area is busier than the court count suggests. As everywhere in Madison, no parking guidance is published for the courts themselves.

What to expect
