The park itself is newer than most: it was renovated and expanded by Google and SRM Development in 2021-2022, and alongside the court it carries a 16-foot-wide paved trail, an urban farm growing vegetables for Hopelink, a splash area, a zip-line, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a grass amphitheatre and year-round bathrooms.
