About this place
Tarboro Road Park sits close to downtown Raleigh on North Tarboro Street and offers two lit pickleball courts, painted onto the park's tennis courts. The department's pickleball page, its GIS court inventory and the commercial dataset this directory started from all give two. A community centre shares the park, and so does the Saint Monica Teen Center, each keeping its own published hours. It is one of the more central places to play in a city whose biggest pickleball sites are further out, and one of nine lit Raleigh locations. The courts belong to tennis as much as to pickleball, and with two of them a queue forms quickly.

Thanks. Your review is in the queue: a person reads every one before it appears here, so it will not show up straight away.
That review did not go through. It needs a star rating, a name and at least twenty characters of text.

Questions about Tarboro Road Park
Is Tarboro Road Park a good central option?
It is one of the closest pickleball locations to downtown Raleigh, and it is lit, so it works after work. It has two courts shared with tennis, so it is a convenient option rather than a spacious one.
How many pickleball courts are at Tarboro Road Park?
Two, and every record agrees: Raleigh Parks' pickleball page, its GIS court inventory and the commercial dataset this directory started from. They are pickleball lines on the park's tennis courts rather than dedicated courts.
Do you run Tarboro Road Park?
What claiming does and does not doShow less
You can claim this listing and correct anything on it. To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gives you control of your own facts and a channel to reach us, and it is shown on the page as confirmed by the venue with the date you confirmed it.
It does not mark the listing verified, because a claim tells us who you are rather than checking what is here, and those are different things. It also buys no ranking, no sorting and no placement advantage over an unclaimed venue. The moment claiming bought position this would be an advertising product rather than a directory, and the whole promise would be gone.
Something wrong here?
If you play here and this is out of date, tell us. Corrections come with a source and a date attached, the same as everything else, and a correction that changes a court count gets checked against the city record before it goes live.
