Pickleball at Pleasant Park in Apex, NC. Every fact below shows where it came from and when we checked it. 6 of 22 fields are confirmed, and the rest say so rather than guessing.

Pleasant Park is the biggest pickleball site in Apex and the one to think hardest about before setting off. The town's court table gives it six courts, more than anywhere else in town, and its own page confirms "6 Pickleball courts" in the features list. It is also the only Apex venue the town marks as unlit, and the only one that publishes separate court hours: "Basketball and Pickleball Court Hours: Sunrise to 30 minutes after Sunset", against park hours of 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. So the largest concentration of courts in Apex is shut when the three smaller lit sites are still open.
One genuinely unusual thing: the town publishes a live court occupancy feed for the pickleball courts, which no other operator in this directory does.
3400 Pleasant Plains Rd., Apex, NC 27502. The town publishes no parking capacity or restriction for the park, though its own FAQ list includes the question "Can I park along Pleasant Plains Road?". The answer has not been read here. Restroom facilities are on site and open from 6:30 a.m. with the courts and fields, an hour after the park itself opens at 5:30 a.m.
Six courts and no floodlights. Check the live occupancy feed before you drive out, then check the sunset: court hours here end thirty minutes after it, which in December is mid-afternoon. Nothing at this park can be booked. The town states courts cannot be reserved by players or groups, only by its own department for sponsored programmes, and that organised league play and private lessons outside town programming are not allowed per Town Ordinance. The town publishes no surface material for these courts, no statement about nets and no fee, so all three read "Not stated" rather than being filled in with something plausible.

Thanks. Your review is in the queue: a person reads every one before it appears here, so it will not show up straight away.
That review did not go through. It needs a star rating, a name and at least twenty characters of text.

No, and it is a stated no rather than a gap. The town's court table reads "No" in the Lights column, and the park's own page gives basketball and pickleball court hours as sunrise to thirty minutes after sunset. It is the only unlit pickleball site in Apex, and also the largest.
Yes, uniquely. Pleasant Park's page carries a live court occupancy feed for its pickleball courts. No other venue in this directory publishes real-time availability.
You can claim this listing and correct anything on it. To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gives you control of your own facts and a channel to reach us, and it is shown on the page as confirmed by the venue with the date you confirmed it.
It does not mark the listing verified, because a claim tells us who you are rather than checking what is here, and those are different things. It also buys no ranking, no sorting and no placement advantage over an unclaimed venue. The moment claiming bought position this would be an advertising product rather than a directory, and the whole promise would be gone.
If you play here and this is out of date, tell us. Corrections come with a source and a date attached, the same as everything else, and a correction that changes a court count gets checked against the city record before it goes live.
