The building itself is a rentable community centre with three large rooms separated by partition walls, an arts and crafts room and a catering kitchen, with rates from $24 to $101 an hour depending on the room, the day and whether you live in Apex.

53 Hunter Street, on the Town Hall Campus. The town publishes no parking guidance specific to the centre and no restroom flag that could be checked, though it is a staffed public building with rentable rooms. The building's own opening hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., closed on Sundays from June through Labor Day.
