Pickleball at Broome Athletic Park in Rockville, MD. Every fact below shows where it came from and when we checked it. 7 of 22 fields are confirmed, and the rest say so rather than guessing.

Four dedicated pickleball courts, lit, in a 7.5-acre sports park on Twinbrook Parkway.
The count is the City's own cell in its outdoor-courts table: "4 Dedicated Pickleball Courts", Lighted "Yes". Most of Rockville's pickleball is lines painted on tennis courts, and Broome is one of two venues where every court was built for the game. The park page counts "four pickleball courts" beside "two tennis courts", and its accessible-features table repeats it: "Four accessible pickleball courts."
The City calls the park "a 7.5-acre sports paradise next to the site of the former Edwin W. Broome Junior High School", with two lighted premier baseball fields "primarily used for league play", a futsal court and a playground.
751 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20851, under the "Address" heading on the park's page. The US Census geocoder matched it at house-number level, as the City writes it, in Montgomery County inside the incorporated place Rockville city.
Parking is stated: "plenty of parking", with "Six accessible parking spaces." counted, and there are drinking fountains. Restrooms are not listed among the park's features.
The City's rule is "Courts are open from dawn to dusk and are available on a first-come, first-served basis", and for this lit row it adds "Lighted courts close at 10 p.m.", so an evening game here is published rather than guessed. Four courts is enough for a rotation.
Two things cut the other way. "City recreation programs have priority over the use of the courts, so some may be reserved for class use and closed to the public", and the row's "View Schedule" link has not been read for this page. The row also says nothing about nets, so no net answer is published. No price is stated and no surface is named.

The City states no price and does not write the word "free". Its rule for every outdoor court: "Courts are open from dawn to dusk and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. City recreation programs have priority over the use of the courts, so some may be reserved for class use and closed to the public."

| Court availability | Four dedicated pickleball courts at Broome Athletic Park in Twinbrook, lit, from the City's outdoor-courts table: "4 Dedicated Pickleball Courts", Lighted "Yes". The park's own page says the same thing another way - "Four accessible pickleball courts." - beside two tennis courts and a futsal court, on 7.5 acres next to the site of the former Broome Junior High. Dedicated means courts built for pickleball, not lines on a tennis court, and the City's row says nothing about nets, so whether a net is on the court is not stated. Open dawn to dusk, first come, and because the courts are lit they close at 10 p.m. City programs have priority and can close a court for class use. No price is stated. The imported dataset carried the same address and the same four courts. | rockvillemd.gov | 2026-09-07 |

Four, all dedicated in the City's words: "4 Dedicated Pickleball Courts". The park page counts them the same way.
Yes. The Lighted column reads Yes for this row, and the City adds that "Lighted courts close at 10 p.m."
Not stated. The row says only "4 Dedicated Pickleball Courts", without the bring-your-own-net note the City attaches to its striped courts.
You can claim this listing and correct anything on it. To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gives you control of your own facts and a channel to reach us, and it is shown on the page as confirmed by the venue with the date you confirmed it.
It does not mark the listing verified, because a claim tells us who you are rather than checking what is here, and those are different things. It also buys no ranking, no sorting and no placement advantage over an unclaimed venue. The moment claiming bought position this would be an advertising product rather than a directory, and the whole promise would be gone.
If you play here and this is out of date, tell us. Corrections come with a source and a date attached, the same as everything else, and a correction that changes a court count gets checked against the city record before it goes live.
