Pickleball at Jim Jeffers Park in Cape Coral, FL. Every fact below shows where it came from and when we checked it. 7 of 22 fields are confirmed, and the rest say so rather than guessing.

Six pickleball courts, the largest published pickleball venue in Cape Coral, on an 18.7-acre athletic park in the north-west of the city.
The six is the City's own arithmetic. Its sports page gives "Two (2) tennis courts -OR- Four (4) pickleball courts" with lights, open until 9:00 p.m. daily, and then adds "and two (2) warm-up pickleball courts". Four on the convertible tennis slabs, plus two warm-up courts counted separately.
One consequence belongs on the page rather than in a footnote. The City's "with lights" attaches to the four, not to the two. Whether the warm-up courts are lit is not something it says.
The park around them is the busiest site in published Cape Coral: a three-acre lake, four lighted soccer fields, lighted basketball courts, three picnic pavilions with BBQ grills, a playground for ages 4 to 17, restrooms and walking paths.
2817 SW 3 Lane, Cape Coral, FL 33991, in Lee County.
As at Camelot Park, the street type matters. The Census geocoder answers this address with "2817 SW 3RD ST", and SW 3rd Lane is a different street. OpenStreetMap finds the Lane as the City writes it, and that is the resolution published here.
The City publishes nothing about parking, which is a more noticeable gap at an eighteen-acre park with four soccer fields than at the smaller sites. There are restrooms.
Six courts is enough for a rotation, which makes this the one Cape Coral venue where turning up alone is a reasonable plan. Play is free and the main four courts are lit until 9:00 p.m. daily.
This is an athletic park: four lighted soccer fields and lighted basketball courts share the site, and the City notes that picnic pavilions at athletic parks are first-come, first-served. On an evening when the fields are in use, the park will be busy even if the courts are not.
Four of the six courts are tennis slabs configured for pickleball rather than dedicated courts, so what you find depends on the setup. The City publishes no surface, no parking and no information about peak times.

| Court availability | Six pickleball courts, and the six is the City's own arithmetic rather than ours. Its line reads "Two (2) tennis courts -OR- Four (4) pickleball courts with lights - open until 9:00 p.m. daily; and two (2) warm-up pickleball courts" - four on the convertible tennis slabs, plus two warm-up courts counted separately. That makes Jim Jeffers the largest published pickleball venue in Cape Coral. The lights the City names belong to the four; it says nothing either way about the two warm-up courts. The park is lit until 9 p.m. and free, and the park's own page adds a second, quieter description of the same courts: "Two (lighted) Tennis Courts that include court lines for Pickleball". | capecoral.gov | 2026-09-04 |

Six. Four on the convertible tennis slabs, plus two warm-up pickleball courts the City counts separately on the same line.
The City's "with lights" applies to the four courts on the tennis slabs. It says nothing either way about the two warm-up courts.
You can claim this listing and correct anything on it. To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gives you control of your own facts and a channel to reach us, and it is shown on the page as confirmed by the venue with the date you confirmed it.
It does not mark the listing verified, because a claim tells us who you are rather than checking what is here, and those are different things. It also buys no ranking, no sorting and no placement advantage over an unclaimed venue. The moment claiming bought position this would be an advertising product rather than a directory, and the whole promise would be gone.
If you play here and this is out of date, tell us. Corrections come with a source and a date attached, the same as everything else, and a correction that changes a court count gets checked against the city record before it goes live.
