The City never describes the facility as having four courts; the number appears in a note about summer opening hours, which says the early slot "will use all four courts and provide capacity for up to 24 players". A centre cannot use all four of its courts unless it has four, so the figure is sound. It is quoted here in full rather than smoothed into a bare number.
