The City says the change is to maintain dedicated court time for pickleball without overlapping with summer activities, and that the earlier slot gives a cooler gym. It runs from 22 June to 22 August and covers 6 to 7:45 a.m. If that does not suit, the City itself suggests the outdoor courts or Firstenburg for midday play.
