About this place

This venue rests on one City record and says so. The park's own page lists tennis courts "managed by No Quit Tennis Academy", basketball courts, a band shell, reservable soccer and softball fields, a spring-fed fishing pond and the Sammy Davis Jr. Festival Plaza, and it never mentions pickleball. The record that states a number publishes.

The park opened "as Lorenzi's Lake Park in 1926 with a pool, dance pavilion, lakes and orchards" on 80 acres bought by David G. Lorenzi in 1912. In 1940 it became Twin Lakes Lodge, a 48-room hotel.

Getting there

3333 W Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89107, Clark County. The US Census address geocoder matched "3333 W WASHINGTON AVE, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89107" at house-number level and placed it in the incorporated place Las Vegas city. The City's header writes it "3333 W. Washington Ave., 89107".

The City publishes nothing about parking and its amenity list does not mention restrooms. Where the four courts sit relative to the twin lakes or the tennis academy's courts is not stated.

What to expect

Four courts is two games at once, if they are where the City's post says they are. That is the honest caveat here: the count comes from a blog post and not from the page that describes the park, and a reader who arrives with the park page in hand will find no mention of pickleball on it.

Park hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., in the page header. Lighting is not stated for the pickleball courts, so daylight is the plan. No price is stated and no surface.

Questions about Lorenzi Park

How many courts are there?

Why does the park page not mention pickleball?

Are the courts lit?

Not stated. Nothing on either City record mentions lighting at the pickleball courts.

Do you run Lorenzi Park?

What claiming does and does not doShow less

You can claim this listing and correct anything on it. To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gives you control of your own facts and a channel to reach us, and it is shown on the page as confirmed by the venue with the date you confirmed it.

It does not mark the listing verified, because a claim tells us who you are rather than checking what is here, and those are different things. It also buys no ranking, no sorting and no placement advantage over an unclaimed venue. The moment claiming bought position this would be an advertising product rather than a directory, and the whole promise would be gone.

Something wrong here?

If you play here and this is out of date, tell us. Corrections come with a source and a date attached, the same as everything else, and a correction that changes a court count gets checked against the city record before it goes live.
