The City's peak-time statement is worth reading against this page: mornings are busiest, evenings are lit, and the gap between them is a Phoenix-valley afternoon nobody wants. Scottsdale states lighting as part of the court count itself ("Eight outdoor lighted courts") rather than as a separate amenity elsewhere on the page, so there is no question of a lighting mark belonging to a different park than the number beside it.

A venue appears here when its entry on the City's pickleball page describes its courts as lighted. All four do: "Eight outdoor lighted pickleball courts" at Ashler Hills, "Eight outdoor lighted courts" at Cholla, "10 outdoor lighted courts" at Horizon, "Three outdoor lighted courts" at Thompson Peak. This page therefore carries the same four venues as the outdoor page. The one location excluded from this site, Scottsdale Community College, is also described as lighted; it is absent because its address falls outside the city limits, not for any reason to do with lighting.

How late do the lights stay on?

The City publishes hours of sunrise to 10:30 p.m. daily at all four venues and does not separately state a lights-off time. Read the two together: the courts are lit and they close at 10:30.

Are there unlit courts in Scottsdale?

Not among the ones the City lists. All five locations on its pickleball page, including the one this site does not publish, are described as lighted.

Which lit venue has the most courts?
