Best if you want the most courts in one place
Mission Park holds sixteen pickleball courts, striped on the eight tennis courts in the Logan neighbourhood. It is the largest set in Spokane, two pickleball courts to a tennis court. First-come-first-served, with a reservation permit by online form. The City states no hours, lighting, surface or price, and tennis decides how many of the sixteen are yours.
Best if you want a court that is pickleball whenever you arrive
Underhill Park has two courts on the City's "Dedicated Pickleball Courts" list and none on its tennis list, so it is the one park in Spokane where the pickleball courts share their ground with nothing. First-come-first-served, with a reservation permit by online form; nothing stated on hours, lights, surface or price.
Best if you want a large set on the South Hill
Comstock Park holds twelve pickleball courts on six tennis courts, the second-largest set in the city. The imported dataset had it at four courts on another street; the City's list says twelve at 601 W 29th Ave. Shared with tennis, first-come-first-served, nothing stated on hours, lighting or price.

The City of Spokane publishes nothing about parking at any of these six parks. No lot, no capacity, no fee and no permit appear anywhere in its section. What it does give is a house-number address for every park, and all six resolve as written: A.M. Cannon at 1511 N Elm St and Peaceful Valley at 1602 W Water Ave, both 99201; Mission at 1208 E Mission Ave and Underhill at 2910 E Hartson Ave, both 99202; Comstock at 601 W 29th Ave in 99203 on the South Hill; Corbin at 2914 N West Oval St in 99205.
Three of those replace older addresses: Comstock at "3012 S Howard St", Peaceful Valley at "100-198 N Maple St", and Corbin at "501 West Park Place". Where to leave the car, nobody has published.

When to turn up
The City states no hours for any of these courts and no lighting at any of them, so this page cannot say when a court opens, closes or goes dark. What it does state is how you get on one: "Tennis & Pickleball courts are first-come-first-served, however if you would like to officially reserve a court and receive a reservation permit please fill out the online form." Turning up is the normal way in at all six parks, though a court may already be under a permit. No calendar of permits, no lead time and no price is published.
At four of the six parks the pickleball courts are lines on tennis courts, which the City says "host neighborhood pick-up games, parks and recreation classes and many tennis events". Thirty-two of Spokane's thirty-six courts sit on that shared ground. Only Corbin Park and Underhill Park, two courts each, are on the dedicated list.

What you will actually find
The City names no surface for any court in Spokane, and says nothing about condition, resurfacing, cracks or the state of the lines. What it does distinguish is the kind of court you are walking onto. The heading "Tennis Courts Striped for Pickleball" covers four of the six parks and thirty-two of the thirty-six courts: A.M. Cannon with two, Comstock with twelve, Mission with sixteen and Peaceful Valley with two.
Set beside the City's tennis list, the layouts show through. Comstock has six tennis courts and twelve pickleball courts, Mission eight and sixteen, Peaceful Valley one and two, A.M. Cannon two and two. The tennis number is the number of slabs you are sharing. Nets are not mentioned anywhere in the section, so whether a striped court has a net at pickleball height is a question the City has not answered.

Getting into a game
Thirty-six courts across six City parks: thirty-two striped on tennis courts and four dedicated. Mission Park's sixteen, on eight tennis courts in the Logan neighbourhood, is the largest set in the city, and Comstock Park's twelve on the South Hill is the second. The other four parks hold two courts each. Spokane is the fifth Washington city published here and the first east of the Cascades.
The City names no club, no league and no open-play group. Nothing on the page says any court is free, so every venue here reads as unstated on cost. One park the City lists is not published: Sky Prairie Park, "8501 N. Nettleton Ct.", two courts, at an address that resolves at no house number in either the Census geocoder or OpenStreetMap.
